- Hayhurst Neighborhood Land Use Meeting for an update on the proposed development
- Hearing for Deliberations and Decision by City Council
6/27/17: Save Pendleton Creek Woods in the news!
6/27/17: Appeal Hearing before City Council was held on June 22nd at 2pm
- The HNA successfully communicated concerns about the impact connecting SW Pendleton will have on Safe Routes to School
- City Council was engaged and concerned about the issues HNA and their attorney and experts raised
- Next steps: New evidence can be submitted into the hearing record by 5pm, Thursday July 6th
PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT The proposed development calls for an infill of 11 homes and a through street. ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERNS

THE NEIGHBORHOOD SW 48th Ave. is a designated safe route to school. The proposal includes a plan for SW Pendleton to become a through street. |
